Whitney Mcintoch-Joseph

Enrollment and Program Specialist

Whitney began dancing at the age of 6, teaching dance at the age of 15 and has over 15 years of experience as a performer, arts educator, program leader, and administrator. Whitney holds a Bachelor's in Dance with a concentration in Theatre from Long Island University, and brings a strong blend of artistic and operational expertise to her work.

In addition to teaching and mentoring young artists, Whitney has extensive experience in arts administration, artist advocacy work, producing, enrollment management, and applicant tracking systems, having worked with organizations including Carnegie Hall, Brooklyn Academy of Music, and Long Island University. She is also a professional actor and proud member of SAG-AFTRA, offering students and families real-world insight into training for and navigating careers in the performing arts.

Whitney is passionate about building accessible, high-quality programs that support both artistic excellence and student success.
