Praise I introduces students to dance as a powerful expression of worship and faith. Rooted in liturgical, gospel, and contemporary movement, dancers will develop technique, musicality, and expressive storytelling through choreography, improvisation, and guided movement exercises.

Students will explore how breath, flow, and emotion communicate messages of joy, gratitude, and reverence while building confidence in both individual and group worship experiences. Emphasis is placed on movement quality, spiritual intention, and connecting choreography to music and scripture.

By the end of the course, dancers will confidently use movement to worship, inspire others, and communicate meaningful stories with both technical skill and heartfelt expression.
